What we collect. When you ask for quotes we keep what you type into the form: your name, email, phone if you give it, the property address and the job details. We also keep a one-way fingerprint of your IP address to limit spam.

Who sees it. Only the listed businesses that serve your town and offer the service you picked (or the one business you chose) receive your request. They see your name, address and job details. Your email and phone are not shown to them; their replies come to you through us. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it. If you do not confirm a request within 48 hours, we delete your contact details from it. Confirmed requests and replies are deleted after a year.

Businesses. Listings use public business information (name, phone, website, services, towns served) or details the business gives us. A business can correct, claim or remove its listing at any time from the List your business page, and can stop quote requests with the link in any request email.

Cookies. The site remembers your light or dark choice in your browser. Our spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs on the quote form.
